Privacy Policy
ProtosEQ, LLC ("ProtosEQ", "we") builds behavioral intelligence products for teams: the CoreShift Assessment, the CoreShift Model and Command Center, and Frontline Pulse. This policy says what personal information we collect through them, what we do with it, and what we never do with it. It applies to protoseq.com and every ProtosEQ product site, including frontline.protoseq.com.
What we collect
- Contact and account details: your name, work email, mobile number where a program uses texts, and your organization, role, site and crew. These come from you, or from the person at your organization who enrolls you.
- Assessment and check-in responses: your answers, when you gave them, how long each took, and whether you skipped.
- Message delivery: whether a text we sent reached your carrier, and a STOP if you reply with one. We do not store the content of other replies.
- Site use: ordinary web server records such as pages visited and browser type. We do not run advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To deliver the product you or your organization signed up for: assessments, reports, check-ins, and the texts that carry them.
- To show you your own results and history.
- To show your organization aggregate results for groups, under floors that prevent any individual from being identified. In Frontline Pulse a crew is reported only when at least seven teammates have each answered five or more times, and no supervisor or leadership view can return one person's answers.
- To check that the instruments work: completion rates, response times and response patterns, as counts and never as names.
- To answer you when you contact us.
Frontline Pulse text messages
Frontline Pulse sends enrolled employees a short text near the start and end of a scheduled shift, carrying their own link to a 45-second check-in. Enrollment is by the employer's HR lead; consent is confirmed on the consent screen the first time the link is opened. Reply STOP to end texts at any time and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Full program terms: Frontline Pulse text message terms.
What we never do
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
- We do not use assessment or check-in responses for selection, screening, discipline or scheduling, and we do not build features that would.
Who processes it for us
Service providers host our databases and deliver our texts and emails on our behalf, under contract, and may not use the information for anything else. We disclose information when the law requires it.
Confidential, not anonymous
Responses are tied to the person who gave them, so they can be compared with that person's own history over time. They are not anonymous and we do not describe them that way. They are confidential: no individual's responses are shown to anybody at their organization.
Research
Aggregate, de-identified data, with names and contact details removed, may be used to improve our instruments. Nothing de-identified is re-linked to a person.
Keeping it, and your choices
We keep your information while your organization uses the product it belongs to. To have your identity removed, ask your organization's administrator or email us; your responses are then detached from your name. To stop texts, reply STOP.
Children
Our products are for working adults and athletes in organized programs. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
